Auto Donation Program – All
instructions and forms are posted on the alumni website – www.abrcaa.com. This information will be mentioned also in
the newsletter.
Pamphlets –
Additional improvements to the new ABRCAA brochure is to have on the front
cover larger lettering to the acronym ABRCAA… Adjustments are to be made and
will be issued upon request from the Secretary, Cheryl Gajadhar.
Election Committee – Glenn Shirey is Chairperson and Henry McCoy and Roque
Reyna will work with the chairperson.
Several volunteers who are at the Annual Reunion will be counters for
votes. To be posted on website and also
in newsletter.
Constitution Committee – The Secretary, Cheryl
Gajadhar will make editable changes to the Constitution/Bylaws for
clarity. A mention of these editable
changes will be also posted on website and mentioned in newsletter for members
to review upon request. A motion was
made accepted/seconded and approved.
Fundraising SAMS and WALMART –
New Letterhead for ABRCAA – A new letterhead was mentioned to be created for
ABRCAA. The present symbol is already
copyrighted from the
Sign Up A Cruise 2008 – There will be
two cruise dates for persons desiring to go on a cruise. One is 8-12 September 2008 (4 Day – Western Carribean
from
