Membership Program – Don Srail

The last Life
membership number used was LM00128 so the next Life Member should receive the
new number LM00129. The last supporting life membership number was
LSM00002 so the next number is LSM00003. The only cards that have been
laminated in the past are Life memberships and Life Supporting members since
they are forever, the other cards are just done and sent without laminate since
they have to be replaced yearly.
The free graduate
memberships are just listed as graduate membership good for the year they are
at the ABRC unless it is after October 1st then we always made their year for
the next year. We only hand printed the names in these.
The annual
membership is listed as current member or CM1-current year, if they are paying
the second year of annual membership toward life they are listed as CM2-current
year (ex: CM2-2007)
The supporting
members are listed as SM-current year and is only good till 12/31.
I will be sending
this in a couple installments since their are so many attachments.
If you have any
further questions, please contact us. All of this stuff is just things we
used feel free to do with them as you please. You can change to suit
yourself.
The Secretary, Cheryl Gajadhar will make editable changes to the Constitution/Bylaws
for clarity. A mention of these editable
changes will be also posted on website and mentioned in newsletter for members
to review upon request. A motion was
made accepted/seconded and approved.
