Transportation will be available for those who stayed overnight at the Days Inn Suites Augusta.  The bus/van will be departing the hotel at 1000 hrs for ABRC and will bring you back to the hotel at 1600 hrs.  The driver will tell you were to meet at that time for a return ride.

APPOINTMENT OF MEMBER AT LARGE (C) -  Nick Gagliardo was appointed as Member At Large (C).  A motion was made to accept Mr. Gagliardo, approved/seconded.  

 

REUNION – A proposed budget for whatever needed (Patriotic Theme) $300.00 was brought forward for approval for 2008 Annual Reunion.  A motion was made to accept the above mentioned monies for the 2008 Reunion was approved/seconded.

 

ELECTION COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN – Milton Ackerman was elected as an Election Committee Chairman for the Annual Reunion in November 2008.  The offices up for vote are President, Secretary, Member At Large (A), Member At Large (B).  Henry McCoy was also appointed as volunteer help.  A motion was made to accept this election and was also seconded.
